USE OF SERVICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. USER ACCOUNTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you make a booking through our Service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. SERVICE PROVIDERS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quicklyn connects users with independent service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party service providers. Service providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Quicklyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quicklyn Inc and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In no event shall Quicklyn Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. TERMINATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. GOVERNING LAW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. CHANGES TO TERMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
